i think that model is discontinued.. Ask the sales Centre if they will have any coming up. |

The home mentioned on Sales Crt is the Cranberry model, not a red cedar. OP, good luck with your search! |

The lot is pretty nice. Pool + grass on a 50' that isn't available anymore. I'd say the house is probably worth $850 with $200 extra for the lot. Little high, but you never know when these houses are in demand the the lot is hard to find. I don't love the location of the subdivision, but that's just me. |
