I've got a great listing coming up in old Milton. Mature trees and a mature area. Custom built home with a swimming pool. Around 3300sf plus a professionally finished basement. It's not going to be cheap as it's not a cookie cutter subdivision home and the cost to build it was well over $200 per square foot. Completely loaded with upgrades.
