It's the builder's included appliances. And I'm pretty sure if you pay $150-$200 more per month you can find a similar home with Stainless Steel appliances if that is what you're after. If you're in need of value and cost-efficiency rather than the cosmetic appeal, what does it matter? |

avg_joe wrote: White sucks...looks trailer park! LOL Yo, I have white appliances, and I'm not a trailer park trash. If I'm a landlord, I would run my property(s) like a business and spend the bare minimum to keep overhead low. Good for the landlord. And Ariel is a nice guy, so no more negative comments about the property. Good luck on the rental! Is the furniture included in the rental? |

Hi Namika, Thank you for your interest. The landlord is seeking a 1 year term and unfortunately would not consider a month-to-moth arrangement. If I come across something that may work for you, I am happy to help. Feel free to PM or call me any time. Ariel |

AlphaMale, Furniture is not included in the rental. Now that you mention it, home available for rent should specify that as it would be easy to be questioned. Always has to go back to cars, eh? And what's the matter with you not spending the extra for the all-black appliance upgrade??? It would have made your home that much more desirable, don't you know... |

Well "avg_joe" Doesn't seem like white appliances held us back from finding a great tenant for this landlord! Leased in 6 days for full asking price. A clean home in a good location is often what is important for a tenant. |
