Thanks for checking out this listing... this home has been sold firm for over asking, making it another record breaker!

Crazy amount of interest for homes in this size range with double car garage... We're seeing people from Mississauga migrating as the savings and the options are considerably better. Even starting to see some Oakville folk checking things out.

Inventory continues to be an issue for many buyers as there is a real lack of inventory with homes in the $550,000-$650,000 price range, if your home fits in that category and you're thinking of upgrading or making a move, now would certainly be the time to look at your options!
