If I were a betting man, I'd say your supplier is Frendel. I have Frendel and have read all the reviews on HomeStars and they suck. I have my fingers crossed.

We have Cartier, and dont have any issues what so ever with our cabinets? I'm glad we had them, as I wasnt a fan of Frendels.

In my experience

I have had Aya Canac and Frendel

Aya the best I have had from a builder
Canac Sucked, by far the worst, but they also went out of business as my kitchen was being installed so they really did give a rats...
Frendel there OK, but the selection is not that great if you are not planing to upgrade

We just heard that it looks as of right now that Cartier will be the kitchen supplier which is fantastic news! Despite the issues they have a lot more selection and better reputation then Frendel. Oh, and if anyone has pictures that they could post with the chef's kitchen option for Plan 7, 36' lot I would really appreciate it. We chose this option and are a little nervous as to how it will look :s

My husband and I went into a resale of a plan 7 on a 36ft and it is a VERY nice home...congrats. I think it is still up for sale if you wanted to get in to take a look...let me know, I think I remember where it is.
