If I were a betting man, I'd say your supplier is Frendel. I have Frendel and have read all the reviews on HomeStars and they suck. I have my fingers crossed.

That's what we were all afraid of! We had Cartier for our current home and they were no screaming hell either. We didn't have uppers for approx 7 months because of all the manufacturers defects and stain issues. The only thing with Cartier is that the selection is better than Frendel. We should hear something next week according to the design center.

Thanks for your post!

We have Cartier, and dont have any issues what so ever with our cabinets? I'm glad we had them, as I wasnt a fan of Frendels.

In my experience

I have had Aya Canac and Frendel

Aya the best I have had from a builder
Canac Sucked, by far the worst, but they also went out of business as my kitchen was being installed so they really did give a rats...
Frendel there OK, but the selection is not that great if you are not planing to upgrade
Our experience with Cartier was brutal! It got to the point that the defects were so bad that they alongside with the warranty manager told us to turn our kitchen lights off! Seriously, who does that? Not exactly a gleaming example of good customer service.

We just heard that it looks as of right now that Cartier will be the kitchen supplier which is fantastic news! Despite the issues they have a lot more selection and better reputation then Frendel. Let's hope it stays this way as they made a comment that they have seen things change rather abruptly. For now I will be content in knowing that it is Cartier!

Oh, and if anyone has pictures that they could post with the chef's kitchen option for Plan 7, 36' lot I would really appreciate it. We chose this option and are a little nervous as to how it will look :s

My husband and I went into a resale of a plan 7 on a 36ft and it is a VERY nice home...congrats. I think it is still up for sale if you wanted to get in to take a look...let me know, I think I remember where it is.
Thanks!!!!
Hi! I would love to go in and see it! Let me know if you remember where it is and thank so much :)

Okay, I am pretty sure this is the right one...it is very nice and you will be glad you paid what you did, when you see how much he is selling it for :)
MLS #W1942015 - 365 Jelinik Terrace...it is beautiful!
