Yes, yes, yes, and yes. Unless you mean from Mattamy, in which case get the tiles and stairs done by them. Flooring and granite do after closing. |

Yes definitely get the stairs done with the builder. And do floors and granite after closing. Re the tiles, it depends what you mean. If you mean floor tiles in a pattern then do it with the builder. If you mean a backsplash then do that after closing. Good luck with your new home! |
