Not sure if you're referring to the same thing, but they will have "promotional" items dependant on the type of home you get (ie. $10k at the design centre for a 36' lot detach) |

It was $5k before? Anyway, don't read too deeply into that, $10k doesn't go very far in the overpriced upgrade centre catalogue. |

I have to check with the office on this.... we purchased our house about 10 days ago and it was $5k.... it would really piss me off if they raised it to $10k right after!! |

My friend bought in Brampton Mount Pleasant with Mattamy and got $6500 for a 3-storey town. I bought from another builder in Milton so I'm not sure how that fares with Milton Mattamy offers... |
