Unless you mean from Mattamy, in which case get the tiles and stairs done by them. Flooring and granite do after closing.

Yes definitely get the stairs done with the builder. And do floors and granite after closing.

Re the tiles, it depends what you mean. If you mean floor tiles in a pattern then do it with the builder. If you mean a backsplash then do that after closing.
