Hi All, Wildrose - Upper Landing (Sunken Landing) Is there anyone out-there who got hardwood stairs from Mattamy but not paid separate for Hardwood in Sunken landing? Wand to know if he or she got hardwood on sunken landing with stairs. If so, did the steps to loft and hallway included with it. My agreement says that upper-landing hardwood is included with the Hardwood stairs. But DC consultant added extra item for hardwood in Sunken landing (Some $900). I am yet to finalize my agreement. Appreciate! |

Are you referring to the landing going to the basement? If so, that is tiled by default. |

Upper landing - The sunken landing in Upstairs. it again has 2 steps (one each on either sides) to the loft and to the upper hallway. Question again: Is the hardwood on this landing included with hardwood stairs. (if you only get the hardwood stairs a a n upgrade) ? |

It is not included with oak staircase. We had to pay for it as well. |
