Has anyone been to Mattamy University Info Night recently? How was it? Is it something we should better not miss? It looks like we are double booked that day and trying to decide on going there or not. I was mostly looking forward to meeting fellow residents, but apart from that was there anything else important. Thanks

To be honest, there is no new information but going over the welcome package that they gave when you purchased. They will go a bit more in detail about the type of items they will be using in the constructino process and about future development in the area. They also went over the warranty process but all that information is available in their welcome package and if you have any specific questions, you can contact your customer care rep anyways.

The only good thing I noticed was the opportunity to ask any questions you had straight to the builder, which seemed helpful as some people asked good questions that I had not thought about such as foundation concerns etc..

If you have questions, it's your best chance to ask them because they have representatives from all their departments there.

Overall, they don't really tell you anything new.
