Tarion sends it to the builder. You don't need to do anything.

Hey Neighbour, I just forwarded it to the customer care rep who forwarded it on to the warranty department.

The process kind of sucks cause even though you fill the form, your first 30 day appointment is with only the warranty rep and he only fixes what he can that doesn't require a tradesman.

Then you wait for 2 weeks plus for the warranty team to enter the results of what has not been fixed. Then wait on top of that another 30 plus days to schedule the warranty rep to come again...but this time with the trades.

I am currently waiting for the warranty office to book my follow up to bring the trades. it's been a month since the first meeting; and I still don't have a follow-up date. Most of the sh*t is still from the P.D.I.

I have been ridiculously patient until now, however warranty is doing such a sh*t job rescheduling my follow up appointment I am getting pissed. I have advised them 30 days in advance when I am available for a followup twice now, but they still have not entered the results of my 30 day appointment a month ago.

Goodluck, hopefully your experience won't be as sh*t as mine is.
