Does anyone know if there is a product available that allows a window insert in a garden door to be converted to one that opens to allow air in?
We have juliette balcony and would like to be able to get airflow without allowing bugs in. The retractable screens don't fit and a screen door wouldn't work.

Unfortunately it's just a single door which opens to the inside and has a railing immediately outside so nothing that swings would work. I was hoping there would be a lite replacement that has some opening capability.

I've seen one member here who owns Milton art or something like that. They do door inserts. Maybe they can suggest something.

So you can just add a permanent screen it does not have to move for people to walk threw. I would just add a full window storm door with a screen insert instead of window. Never need to open the door, So you can keep it closed at all times. Just have it as a swing out that will not open. Just go to any home hardware/ Rona or Home depot store and ask to see their Hinge screen door catalog.
