We installed our hardwood floors after our close and we went with Vintage Gorham. We love it! It is now 3 years and looks brand new. Baroque is very dark that you do not see the grains of the wood, whereas Gotham allows you to see the grains and it is more grey than black.

That is true. Probably hides more to!

I just keep second guessing myself. Like I said we were set on the Baroque.

Would you mind sharing a photo?

Thanks for the input.

Sorry, I meant to say purchased, not closed. We will have our design appointment in a few months. Just wanted to get an idea of how much the design centre will charge to make a 11'x14' area of tile be hardwood instead?
I know prices will always go up but if anyone has recent pricing please let me know!

To give you a sense of cost, our kitchen has a breakfast area of 11x 13'8" and a kitchen work area of 9' x 15'10" and we did hardwood through the kitchen at level 3 and it was $3,363 altogether. By comparison the level three floor tiles (which all of the long rectangular ones start at) was priced at $3,234 so it was a clear decision for us to do hardwood through the kitchen and we love the look.
