Just wondering if Mattamy provides any standard window coverings? (ex. blinds) Or would blinds be considered an upgrade? If they are and upgrade, is it better to add blinds through Mattamy of after closing?
Also what are your thoughts on curtains vs blinds?

Blinds are not standard. It's an upgrade.
I've seen few friends installed the 'Roller shades' that looked pretty contemporary

Blinds are not included. That is something you should do yourself after closing. Going through the design center, you will have limited options.

Thanks for the advice. I guess this is one of the first things I will decide on after closing.

Do it after closing. So many good local companies to choose from. I recommend KC Blinds and Shutters. Kesh is the man!
