Those who moved in HSV phase #1 / phase #2, have you guys hooked up your BBQ to your gas line? I'm having issues, as my BBQ gas is 3/8" and my gas line is 1/2". Is that normal? Is mattamy supposed to provide a reduce coupling? OR are we supposed to get a gas fitter to do the installation? I thought the whole point of ordering the BBQ gas line from Mattamy was that it would be ready to go and plug-in-play. If anyone can shed some light on this, it would be appreciated. Thank you |

Give mason at Nissan Air a call.. Most likely it will be a coupling or reducer of some kind. |

I noticed that Mason never answers the phone unless you leave him voice message, then he will call you right away. |

Never had an issue with him. But yes as you said he is a busy guy and not always picks up the phone especially while working. |

I think not answering the cell phone while working on a gas line would be a very good thing... Boom Leave the guy a message for obvious reasons he is unable to Answear the phone. |
