Those who moved in HSV phase #1 / phase #2, have you guys hooked up your BBQ to your gas line? I'm having issues, as my BBQ gas is 3/8" and my gas line is 1/2". Is that normal? Is mattamy supposed to provide a reduce coupling? OR are we supposed to get a gas fitter to do the installation?

I thought the whole point of ordering the BBQ gas line from Mattamy was that it would be ready to go and plug-in-play. If anyone can shed some light on this, it would be appreciated.

Thank you

Give mason at Nissan Air a call.. Most likely it will be a coupling or reducer of some kind.

I noticed that Mason never answers the phone unless you leave him voice message, then he will call you right away.

Never had an issue with him. But yes as you said he is a busy guy and not always picks up the phone especially while working.

I think not answering the cell phone while working on a gas line would be a very good thing... Boom Leave the guy a message for obvious reasons he is unable to Answear the phone.
