Anyone using this app - I just started using it and it has almost every food I eat - makes tracking your food on a daily basis easy and seeing exactly what you are eating. Good measuring stick for some of you who think your are eating healthy.

That shouldn't be a goal - using myfitnesspal is easy. That's like setting one of your goals as "Getting out of bed" - LOL.

You might want to fiddle with it a bit - when I first added my first exercise it was a little sketchy deducting the calories.

Ouch using this app I see my sodium is around 2.3mg-2.5mg

I use Frank's Red hot sauce on everything - should probably cut that back a bit.

Not sure if its supposed to give calorie amounts for strength workouts but no matter what I do I cant get it to register anything so im not getting credit for calories burnt other then on cardio workouts.

Feel free too add me or whatever on there, Strik3rr.

Create a custom exercise and look up how many calories you should burn. That is a way around it.

Ive done that but even when creating theres no calorie mentions, they simply want a name. Anything i do I have to do manually and then add those calories back in later on my own because it wont update on the site.

I downloaded itrackbites....it uses weight watchers points..you can use the old system or the new system. It seems to have a calculator in there for activity too. It just basically gives you more points if you do some activity in the day.

Okay, I finally set this thing up and started using it. Maybe it'll keep me on track :-)

Anyone know where to find the nutritional information for fountain drinks? I googled it, but didn't seem to find it. It had a link to the fitness pal, but it didn't show it...anyone?

I found it...not the kind I drank, but it's either 0 or 1 point on weight watchers.

I think I might like this fitness pal thing. I am under calories so far today, so maybe a snack later, maybe not :-)
