As a Registered Massage Therapist I see patients all the time that have a sedentary lifestyle sitting at a desk for 6+ hours a day. I'm not saying throw caution to the wind and quit your job but I thought this would be a good way of bringing up ideas for Milton's office dwellers!

I always suggest setting a timer on your phone to remind you to get up every 2 hours, take a stroll around the office, or find a glass of water.

How do you break up that long work day?
