Are you tired of living with Pain, Disease & Anxiety?

Like so many North Americans including myself we live in a fast paced environment that we cannot turn off our minds for more than 60 seconds. In our day to day life we encounter several situations that creates low vibration emotions like anger, fear, I feel overwhelmed, I feel sad, I feel stressed, I feel hurt, etc.

How do you handle these emotions and where do you store them?

The average person stores them in their body and if you accumulate far more than you can handle you will eventually become sick emotionally or physically with diseases like High Blood Pressure, Chronic Pain or even Cancer.
