It’s a new year and we’ve noticed thoughts turn to healthier living, managing money and making out a will.
If you own property of any kind (whether real estate or personal property) you need a will. It's something you owe to your family. There are plenty of stories about not having a will and what becomes of your assets in the event you die. It's smart protection at a small cost.
The fee for a simple will is $200.00 per person or $350.00 per couple.
For Power of Attorney, the fee is $50.00.
The PoA addresses mental or physical incapacity in case of a serious illness or accident.
