Please don't forget that TD can hold rates and approvals for up to 24 months on new builer homes. This is one of many competitive advantages we have over other banks and lenders. 180 days before closing, we are also able to convert your rate to the current market rate, should it be better than the capped rate provided.

Most builders will require an approval from a bank or lender in order to firm the deal. Brokers can typially hold rates for 120 days or provide a letter of intent, meaning you WON'T know your rate until your within 120 days of closing. Don't stress yourself when it comes to such a large purchase as a home. If we approve you, we approve you and your guaranteed to know your rate even if you're closing in 2 years.

Right now, our most attractive rate for those closing within 6-12 months is 3.39% on a 4 year fixed. We have other options should you be interested
