I had Mason from Nissan Air fix my Carrier furnace which had stopped working. He was very friendly, professional and came the same day I called him. I had originally called some other HVAC companies but none were willing to come same day. I would highly recommend him for your furnace cleanings/repairs.

When you call Nissan Air to repair or clean your furnace you will get these extra steps at no extra charge that are done to ensure that your furnace is safe to operate.
1- CO2 reading .
2-Testing the high limit of the furnace by disconnecting power to the main fan motor to see if the high limit cuts out as it should ,high limit is there to ensure that your furnace will not reach an unsafe condition(Over heating) in the case of a broken fan motor !!
3-Testing the pressure switch by blocking the furnace exhaust pipe outside to see if the pressure switch can sence that and cut out the gas flow to the burners and then watch to see if the furnace will recover and re light the burners after going through the sequence of operation.
4-Adjust the manifold gas pressure to ensure that it is not over firing nor under firing ,a 3.5 " WC is the recommended pressure pass the gas valve
5- This final step is the easiest among them all which is to Clean and inspect the flame sensor for better heating operation.

I had Nissan Air fix my Carrier furnace which had stopped working last night. He was very friendly, professional and came within 30 minutes from when I called him. I would highly recommend him for your furnace repairs. He explained to me what he was doing while checking the furnaces. He's getting my refferal for anybody in need.

Do you supply/install steam humidifiers? Is there any advantage over the flow through/drum type of humidifier and what's the cost of the steam humidifier? tks
