Hello Milton Friends, This is a reminder about the labour preparation workshop for couples this Sunday,April 11th at 10am. I have 2 spots left and I am also booking private sessions for couples who cannot attend.Couples will leave with their "birth comfort toolkit" so they can practice at home to prepare for the big day. It's a fun class that has helped many couples have the birth they envisioned. ps feel free to bring your mom, sis, best friend - anyone who will support you during labour!
