Attention home owners and landlords (tenants with landlord permission)!!!

Ontario Government is now offering rebates on home insulation improvements. Now is the time to upgrade your insulation.

GreenOn.ca is where you can go to read up on this amazing new program.

I am a registered and qualified insulation contractor with GreenOn and able to offer this program. More good news is you do not require a home energy audit to qualify. Attic Insulation is rebated $1 / sq/ft up to a max of $1500 need to add at least R20 or more to get to a rating of at least R50 to qualify. All consumer terms and conditions can be found on GreenOn.ca Available for new installations only.

Program is over March 31st 2018.

Book now and secure your rebate or contact us for more information.

On average, how much is this saving home owners? How much does the home owner need to fork up as well?

Hi there,

On average the home owner is saving hundreds if not a thousand dollars plus. It really depends on the Sq/ft of your attic and how much insulation you require. Not only are you saving with the rebate but you will be saving on utilities as well.

If your homes attic space is 1000Sq/ft then you would get $1000 back if the attic is 1500 or more sq/ft then you would get back the maximum of $1500 from the government in 8-12 weeks. The whole payment for the insulation work is due upon completion of the work. Then both myself and the home owner fill out on-line forms and submit the application. All steps and terms are available on GreenOn.ca

I would be happy to attend for an estimate and explain exactly what you would be entitled to.

Thank you for your question. I hope I answered it appropriately.

Hi There,

The cost to upgrade a 2000Sq/ft townhouse would depend on how much insulation is in the attic and how much is needed to be added.

If you are interested I would suggest contacting me for an in home estimate.

Thank you for your time,

Jason

Received a quote from Halton, the rates are competitive with other companies, with a few differences they quote only R50, others do R60, also make no mention of extra baffles, or sealing off the hatch, or any other air sealing.
