Finally!!!

I was telling Chris to sign up onto this site and advertise what he does for a while now. He is doing this work only via the word of mouth but his work needs a bit more exposure. From what I know he has many, many very satisfied customers, myself included.

We were in the process of looking for someone to do our framing. Friend of a friend told me about Chris and to give him a call. Chris was very prompt to come in and provide me with a quote, and a solid date of when he could do the work and get it done. He was true to his word. Everything was done well and on time. Very happy with the service. He did not cut any corners, no pun intended, during the construction. In addition to thwe basement framing I had him construct a large shelv spanning over half of my double car garage. Excellent work again. I lough that even if my home falls down due to winds that shelf will keep on standing hehe.

As you can tell I am a very happy customer and highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to pretty much do anything with 2x4s in their home :)

It looks like your basement was framed over the existing builders insulation and i was wondering if this is ok to do.

Perfectly fine. As long as the existing insulation meets code (it should) and you dont squish it with framing. It should also run floor to ceiling.

what happens if it doesn't run to the floor and you squish it?
