Congrats Andrew! I got a Nobleton as well, as well as the chef's kitchen upgrade. It was a good idea as otherwise the kitchen is very small.

I can't believe the price for a nobleton on MLS is $614k. That is just crazy.

do you remember what you paid for your nobleton?
i bought an elmvale back in phase 17 (previous phase) and paid $465k for it. i'm now waiting for the next phase to be released on mattamys website to see the current pricing.
i'm curious as mattamy in bramptons mount pleasant now has the elmvale listed for $516k and the nobleton for $526k. but miltons pricing is more expensive than bramptons pricing, so i'm curious to see what the new pricing will be.

in a matter of a year, if the pricing has jumped $50k+ thatd be awesome.

From the last pic I had from Mar13 2015 the elmvale was $478k and nobleton was $491k

But since then I would estimate another $25k increase as the final list price before they were all sold out.

Hope it helps.

I purchased my nobleton back in Jan 2015, and it was for $477k. Looking at current prices in Milton and comparing similar homes, the average price now is around $560k. So I'm confident that the price has gotten well above $50k for your home as of now. Your right about Mount Pleasant the prices there have increased dramatically. I assume the starting prices will be at least $550k when Mattamy has a new release in Milton. Look even at Waterdown, they had a new release a few weeks ago, and Elmvale there was going for at least $506,990. So I'm sure yours is well above that now.
