Thank you all for the compliments! :D

Bugging55- I will post a few more pictures once the kitchen is complete for sure.

kitty- the colour of our island and countertops is called Magellan and it is quartz with the roman ogee edge. We did not upgrade the cabinets because it was so incredibly expensive but we did add faux doors to the island.

Thanks ishe- The tiles are a first level upgrade- there are a few tiles that are slightly different in tone which I absolutely love. The cabinets in the first bathroom picture are avocado- the exact same colour as our island in the kitchen but in the kitchen pic it looks washed out- much richer in colour and appearance in person : - ) Good luck with your choices!

Wow love seeing the pictures of the inside of Juneberry's and everyone different styles. Looks great.

Does anyone know the cost of the Faux doors on the island.

Also what is the cost of full glass shower in the ensuite?

Cheers!

Gorgeous home, Buttafly! Love it! Are your kitchen cabinets espresso? I like them a lot. I think that is the colour I'm leaning toward. It's so great to see the pics to get more of a sense of what our home will look like. I've yet to see the inside of one in "real life" so this is really helping me.
What colour are your bathroom cabinets?
kitchen tiles? upgrade? colour?
Thanks for posting. Congrats on your beautiful home!

Hi Amabelle- thanks for your compliments- to answer your questions-

Kitchen cabinets are espresso- master ensuite bathroom cabinets are also espresso and the kids' bathroom is avocado. Kitchen tiles are a level 1 upgrade and it is called Zagros grass green.

Someone had asked about the price to get the faux doors on the island and I think the approximate cost was around 500.00.

Thanks, Buttafly.
I've been pretty sold on the espresso kitchen. I've loved every one that I've seen. It's especially great to see them in a Juneberry. I just have to find time to get to the design centre. It's hard with a toddler and a baby! I'm starting to stress about all the decisions!

No problem Amabelle! I completely understand about the decisions you have to make and having a young family. I was 6 days away from delivering our second baby when we had our first appointment and then we had to take her with us at 3 weeks of age for our second appointment and in between giving birth etc. and having a toddler we had to find time to get to the design centre. ugh. It was not a fun process but the end results made us happy. :D

Hi Andrea,

The curve at the top of the media niche is standard. :)

I have a request could a few of the Juneberry owners post some outside pictures of your homes when you have time.

It would really safe me a lot of time driving out there and safe you from seeing me siting in my car in front of your houses every weekend. LOL

Thanks!

Hi theresa ... we aren't on Whaley but I think I know the house you mean. I love this brick color too. We'd originally been thinking of choosing something in the yellow tones but the reddish brick has really grown on us! Best wishes for your new home on treend.
