Can anyone give me the max opening for their fridge height. I want to order a taller fridge and want to make sure it fits. Also the width and depth would be helpful as well.

thanks!

GNAD, our fridge opening is exactly 72" high, 36.5" wide, and 27" deep.

We gave Mattamy the dimensions so that they could build the cabinets around the fridge. They told us there was no charge for this.

We installed shutters throughout our entire house including the bay window and they look beautiful! We had wood shutters installed and it took them about 3 hours to complete the bay window. The company we used ("The Shutter Guys") was fantastic - they custom make all of their shutters and offer a lifetime guarantee. We would recommend this company to anyone looking to install custom shutters in their home.

Looking to put shutters into our home as well, do you remember what the approx. cost it was for your Juneberry?

Charisse,
It cost us $7,500 cash deal...30% up front. It included all windows upstairs/down, back door and side lights for the front door. I installed a glass insert for the front door myself. We had them measure everything before we moved in and they had them within 5wks and it only took them about 5hrs to install (the 2 owners). They look outstanding and the quality is second to none. We have the 3 1/2 inch Plantation Shutters.

How many windows???

Does the Juneberry have a drain in the floor in the standard laundry room?

My current Mattamy home does have one but I heard some homes do not.

I got confirmation from Mattamy that there will be a floor drain in the laundry room on the second floor.

Just in case you didn't see it in the general section I posted it here

Juneberry being released Saturday (May 15)

Pricing
A $519,990
B $526,990
C $539,990

I'm very surprised $20,000 difference between A & C  [/img]

Hello,

Does anyone have front loaders on the second floor? Does the house shake like an earthquake during the spin cycle?

We haven't moved in, but our front loaders shake our current house like crazy. I've been told this is because of construction quality in the floor.

How is the Juneberry? Comments?

You may have to level your front loader, from what I understand sometime front loader will shake because they are not level.
We used to have a front loader in our last Mattamy home. I did not notice it shaking, but when we moved I did noticed it shaking in this old 200 year old home that we lived in for a few years. (I never bothered to try leveling it) mind you, I think our 200 year old home is very solid construction 'cause it still standing and is not going to fall anytime soon. I hope... lol
We are now in our Juneberry and we purchased a top loader for it so I can't comment on the Juneberry Model. But I don't think that the shaking has anything to do with the construction of the home. This is what I think: a regular washer spins the clothes and the clothes have more water in the load, therefore making the load more heavy during spin cycle. I can not see the spin cycle to be any different in a HE washer, cause in theory it has less water, but it does spin in a different direction so maybe... I am no mechanical engineer so I really don't know.

Well that was confusing :? but maybe try the level thing?

We have front loaders in our Juneberry and they definitely don't shake the floor or the house. We also have front loaders on the 2nd floor in our old milton house (built 1973) and they don't shake the floor either. So I think there must be something wrong with your current setup ... possibly something wrong with your floor like you suspect.

Hi We just bought the Juneberry on Saturday in the new Mattamy site at Derry and Tremaine. I was wondering if anyone could post some pics of the upstairs. We are trying to decide if we want to stick with the Juneberry or change to the Wild Rose. Any thoughts?

We did go with the Juneberry because of the bigger kitchen.
