WOW, WOW, WOW ... your home looks amazing GNAD!

Love the kitchen cabinets, the hardware, and especially those gorgeous quartz counters. And your ensuite is just beautiful.

Congratulations and enjoy the move and your new home!

Can someone with a alternate kitchen floorplan tell me how much sq ft is required for a backsplash in the Juneberry?

Hey, all JUNEBERRY owners. What do you feel about the stairs of this model? Does it look OK? Is it too steep? We like everything about this model but the stairs.

That was an issue for us as well. I don't there is anything appealing about the staircase. It is nice from upstairs but looking up was nothing great. I prefer a nice railing. Everything else about the house outweighed the staircase though.

Yeah, everything else is great. We have sneaked into several JUNEBERRY under building. We felt the stair did not match this gorgeous house. It is more like a stair in a townhouse. BTW, what is the price for the wood stair for JUNEBERRY? Since it does not have railings, is this upgrade cheaper than other models?

I disagree with you both. I find most house's stair cases are a waste of space especially the ones that curve and the ones with huge landings half way up that you can't do anything with and cause a low ceiling in your basement which takes space away from the basement. Of course I am bias because I own a Juneberry.

In regards to steepness I haven't found this to be any different that my previous house.

I can't remember the cost because it broken down into different subsections, like wood type, picket type, stain colour, rail style and size etc... I think in the end $2500 - $3000 for oak, dark stain, square pickets, and larger hand rail.
