Very nice home Devious!

I love the exterior selection package that you chose and the interior looks great and flows really well.

It's a beautiful house! I like also your interior wall paint.

Hey Devoius,

What type of cabinet category did you end up with? Is yours a master layout?

Sorry just seeing this now. I believe it was the Master. It was the 3rd upgrade on the layout (I believe it was Sous, Executive, Master, Grande).

We also did the upgrade to Classic for the cabinet upgrades (1 level up) but picked one that Agapi said used to be 2 levels up (and she apparently tells everyone to choose this one).

Feel free to ask any q's re Wild Rose -- PM though as I may miss it!

I had another question for any Wildrose owners out there. I know that Elevation C, has a combination of Brick, Stucco and Stone. I noticed, that there is a Wildrose for sale on Whaley Way, that is only Stucco and Stone, but no brick except the back.

Usually, there is brick around the garage, by the front door and balcony upstairs.

Does anyone else know about this? If a picture is needed, I will try to get something.

I saw the same house and was like 'WTF'. Its a elevation C that was changed right after close (I spoke to the homeowner)

Its something we considered doing before we even saw the house and even more when we saw it.. in fact it probably would have lead us to make changes to our colour selection (because then you don't have the brick on the front).

I've got the contact of who did the job.

Hey Devious,

I'm totally interested. Can you send me the contact info. Any idea of the costs?
