rough in basement
9' ceilings
changed the second floor to option 9 (4 bedroom with the upgraded ensuite)

i think we spoke before. you get the his and her's walkins, right?

Thanks D del. for inviting,
I bought Plan7 (Lot#20), still have time to do my structural upgrade, I read about HIS and HER Walk-in closets.
Is there such an option in plan-7????????????

hi karine777, i'll post the info later on today.

farhan, its an option and it also upgrades the ensuite, but, it drops it down to 3 bedrooms instead of 4. just depends on what you're needs are.

the available structural changes are available in the plan book. did you guys get one?

hi guys,

i'm soo sorry i haven't posted the info. the only free time i have is after my little one goes to sleep and unfortunately right now the scanner is in his room :( did you guys get a plan book? as i mentioned, the upgrades are in there.

also, when are you closing dates? apparently those closing in January should get their design packages in the near future.

hi guys, for those that upgraded the ensuite, the current layout and the placement of the toilet is starting to really bug me. think mattamy would accept the change if enough of us asked for it?

to see more bathroom pictures, go to http://www.myvisuallistings.com/virtual ... index.html.

note, this isn't a plan 7 spirit, its a walnut which just happens to have the same master ensuite layout

hey CambridgeDJM, congrats on the purchase and welcome! we also close june 2010. i think it may be a while before us plan 7's get pricing as i don't believe any of us are closing early in the new year.

now that there are a few more of us in here, i'll ask again if there would be an interest in finding out if mattamy is willing to offer an alternate for the master.

I'm considering on buying 36 plan 7. Did anybody tried upgrading to option 5 bedrooms? Hows the space on the second floor after the upgrade?

hi mharsky,

CambridgeDJM has bought the model, but, since the spirit houses are soo new, none of us have moved in and can comment on the space.

btw, CambridgeDJM, any info on the prices?
