There is a Plan 3 corner on Grenke, that looks like it's almost complete.

Yes there are 2 houses on Savoline that are almost complete if you drive south to the very end

I have my design appointment at the end of April - and wanted double sinks in the ensuite - but my design consultant said this wasn't possible because the sink counter top was not long enough.

How long is the countertop? If it's 6 feet or longer they could do it easily (that's two 24-inch sink cabinets plus an extra 24-inch storage cabinet). Theoretically it should be possible to do it with a shorter length vanity, maybe 66" for example, but a 6-foot minimum might be mattamy's standard?

We were advised of the same and I wish we did do the double sinks> I personaly think there was enough room 1-2 inches maybe more.

For those who are curious....

Mattamy has released Phase 1 in Brampton (Mount Pleasant Village). Apparently they are building Spirit homes there too, only they are not called Spirit homes.

Our Plan 3 Corner is now priced at $387,990 and if it is the all brick elevation price is $403,990

Hmm...is this thread for the 34' plan 3 or for the 36' plan 3? I'm getting confused. :(

I'd say 36 as the 34 is not a corner
