Hi Sns86,

Would you mind posting a picture of your included urban brown hardwood?

Thanks

Ignore the second post, it was added after closing and needs to be stained.

SnS86, so glad to hear your move went well. We are also in our house.

Can you post a picture of your kitchen and living room? We did not take the alternate layout and am curious on how it looks? Also, I am having a tough time figuring out how to layout our livingroom, how have you done yours?

That's right. We have lucan corner but we will move in feb. we r also finding tough time to design the living room. We want maximum sitting capacity. Can any one suggest? Like what should we buy 3+2, 3+2+2 or L shape sofa etc.

We will post some pics later...we are still putting it together.

We have a L shaped couch in the far corner and it is basically in front of the breakfast bar in the alternate kitchen layout with the chaise along the wall with no window. Since it's pretty long you can accommodate a couch up to 10-12ft in length so we did a larger L shape sectional. We have the TV mounted on the wall between the two smaller windows so you can watch tv while washing dishes and plan to add some single seating at the large window in the future.

Hope that helps.

I don't think the backyards will be very big- although you seem to have purchased a very wide lot. I assume that Mattamy charged you a very lovely premium for that?
