SnS86, what building location did you find that? Brampton Mount Pleasant North?

I think the blue looks nice, but it's easier to determine the end result once the houses around yours are complete and the grass and trees are in.

After closing, you can do whatever you want, but some of your neighbours might get their knickers in a knot because you went against the design scheme. I've seen people paint over their shutters, the front door, garage door.. with varying results.

I think black shutters would be a good option, but those scallop things at the top would be a PITA to paint.

Hi SnS86,

Where is that location? (Pictures) I'm asking because I see two Renfrew's in the background. I may want to take a look.

Thanks, Renfrew

Yea I agree about how painful the scallops will be. After seeing it in person it's growing on me...so we may just keep it.

I don't want to be that family on the block who paints their whole house indigo blue...lol.

Hiello, we also bought the Lucan Corner in phase 3 Hawthorne village. Curious where you found that house as we'll. we did get the waffle ceiling and I would be curious to see it in person...

Hi All Lucan Corner Owners.

It has been super exciting to drive around Phase 3 and see all of the Lucan Corners going up.

Lot 57 is fully framed! (Not sure who ownes this...) My husband and I took a walk through last weekend to check it out (Thanks owners :)). It was great to see it in person as we have only ever seen it on paper...I'm sure some of you are the same.

Can we all start sharing photo's of our homes as they progress? Our closing was delayed until August 28th (original closing was June 30th). We are anxious and excited to see them coming together.

As I say all of this I don't know how to post photos...but will try to figure it out :)

I'll try to keep you posted with our build....seems like there are very little lucan corners on these forums to begin with.

Here is our foundation Elevation D with an Elevation C in the background.

We got screwed with our cold cellar, Elevation C gets almost the whole porch and an additional window.

I know what you mean about the cold cellar, we purchased elevation F which has almost no porch. Originally we purchased the cold cellar package and cancelled it immediately when we realized they charged the same price for a 3rd of the size!

We are around the corner from you, lot 15 on Cedar Hedge road. Our house has about the same progress as you.

When do you close?

Wow. They nailed it! Looks identical to the concept drawing

Except for our Elevation "D" the siding above the small square window is incorrect - it has an akward drop.

The Artist concept does not include this - but we were told by our Customer Care coordinator that this probably changed in the actual architectural drawings....not a big deal I guess - looks better in the artist concept.

No news is good news. Looks like we are on for a August 20th closing. Today was the deadline and we did not receive any emails.

2024 Lucan it looks like if things progress your house maybe done earlier than your second tenative closing as your house is ahead of mine slightly.
