Went to check out lot this weekend and looks like they're ahead of schedule for us :) hopefully there's no delay!
And yup, we have a fire hydrant in front of our lot....just our luck lol

Our closing is July 24th so today is the last day they have to provide us notice *crossing our fingers*

We will be one of the first closes!

Someone just posted pics of the Renfrew with white kitchen cabinets...looks stunning! Can't wait to see ours.

Had our home walk today - Tony was awesome.. looking forward to seeing the job done.

So far the bricks and stone are complete.. waiting for the stucco to come in

Getting ready to put up the stucco.. looks really ugly at this stage but looking forward to seeing it all done up.

So they've placed the cement over.. stucco will probably be completed by end of week.. exciting!
