Thought I'd get this one started.

Who else has purchased the Trenton model and what made it stand out?

For us:

-decent size
-liked the foyer and the fact the Den was at the front and could be closed off with a French door. With a 2 year old we wanted a centralized place to keep his stuff
-the bathroom, garage door and another coat closet off to the side were a bonus
-liked the open concept from the foyer, dining, family all into the kitchen. Now the fact that there isn't an official hall area would have concerned us however we saw a mattamy model that was similarly and with 9 foot ceilings and hardwood through out, it looks great
-we loved the fact that the master was in a different part of the home as the other rooms, double door was a bonus

Those are the basics for us.

What about you?

Thanks for starting the thread ShazadMirza!
We purchased Elevation C....the following stood out for us:

-den at front to be used as a home office. We closed it off to keep the office enclosed.
-open concept as you mentioned. We might end up turning the "dining room" into a nicely decorated open grand piano space coming in from the foyer
-separate powder room and closet off to the side by the garage door was a plus too.
-master bedroom is a decent size and doesn't share a "quiet wall" with any other room. Not sure how quiet a quiet wall would've been lol
-bathroom upstairs is in a central location to other 3 bedrooms

We were torn between the open concept kitchen/living of the Renfrew and the Trenton but the deal breaker was the den downstairs for office and bit bigger master in trenton.

Renfew was tempting as we wanted the chefs kitchen but I needed the space. I can't wait to see the finished product

Okay so there is a house that is setup very similar "inside" - outside it looks completely different.

It's on the end of Savoline (north side) - the very last house at the dead end road was on sale. We went to see it in fact, before we chose the Trenton. The house was beautiful = it's why we chose the Trenton model of the others.

Is that home still available to walk through? Or was it for sale a while ago? We have purchased the Trenton, but it would be nice to have a comparable home to walk through.
