Did anyone purchase the wyndham model?

Any pictures so far?

Also what architect options did you get? We got the alternate kitchen layout for a bigger island and hallway opening right after powder room, but does anyone know why the opposite wall has a really thick black wall?

Did anyone get a pricelist for upgrades? We are so curious...

Hi there.

we got Wyndham elevation F in phase 7. We haven't gotten our design book yet however we did choose these architect options. Gas fireplace, Kitchen w/tile, Cold cellar, and rec-room ready package. We didn't go with the alternate kitchen because we prefer having the L-shape counter versus having the straight counter. As for the thick black line I really couldn't give you an accurate answer on it.

Thanks for the info!

Apparently not too many people have the wyndham model because it was released after the initial release. It wasn't even in the book until much later. When do you close?

We have our design appointment coming up soon. We are closing November 13th. We are thinking about upgrading our stairs, smooth ceilings, quartz counters, and grande kitchen. We got the alternate layout in our kitchen as we like the modern look of a straight kitchen. What are you thinking of doing?

Hi

We have Wyndham model too...did you get your design guide and prices.

We are interested in knowing prices for Quartz counters and Grande Package. Also, what other upgrades you folks are planning to go with?

Hi,

For the regular kitchen, it is $3861 and for the alternate kitchen the grande package is 2685$ (bc it gets rid of the corner cabinets). these prices are for if you use a standard cabinet. It ranges all the way up to 17k and 12k depending on cabinets.

we got the alternate kitchen grande package. some other things:
- hardwood upstairs (ouch)
-glass shower ensuite bathroom
-double vanity in main bath
-a/c
-smooth ceiling on main floor
-square posts on stairs and square iron rods
-plasma ready wall

those are the major things...lots of other little things

we tried deleting the bulkheads but they said they cant for our model...did anyone experience this???

Thanks

Thanks Wyndham....would you mind posting prices for those big ones like....

Hardwood on upper floor ..just hallways
Glass shower enclosure
A.c
Other kitchen packages sous, exec, master
Jacuzzi tub
Any pre planned options with high prices..

Also, what does the quartz price include...just kitchen countertops or what about others like powder room or second floor washrooms etc prices..

Thanks for the info...it helps us a lot in exploring choices outside too meanwhile,

Praveen

we close in November, how about you??

harwood floor upstairs in the hall is $1750...we paid about 10k for the whole upstairs :(
a/c is about 4000$
glass shower is 3500$ but we realized bc we got the bath oasis, 1 wall where the toilet is wont be glass so they reduced it to about 2000$
sous is 957$, executive is 2252, master is 2703 all in the included kitchen ( not alternate which is cheaper for all categories)
pre planned options would be: extending cabinets to end of breakfast area for 1000$, second floor 9ft ceilings about 4000$ glass shower as above a/c, those are the big ones
the quartz price i gave you is just for kitchen (counters and island).
the quartz price for ensuite is 1571$ and master ensuite 2101 (thats for granite/quartz, not the premium colours which would increase about $300)

I believe the 9' ceilings for the second floor is $10,000 and had to be done as an Architect Choice option (structural) within the first week of purchasing the home
