This is for the fellow nobleton owners!!
I found a model home in the mattamy Kitchener sales centre..
It's called the indigo model! I went to check it out and couldn't be happier there is some slight differences but nothing major! Just thought I'd share! :)

Thank you for sharing the info. I am one of the (Nobleton 1778 sq ft) owner and had been quite worried about the size of the kitchen. We were too late to go for chefs kitchen. It is 9x12 but it seems there is not much counter and cabinet space. How did you find the kitchen?? and whats the best thing you liked about this model. I will be happy to know. Thank you.

unfortunately this is a small kitchen and less cabinet space. You give up something (kitchen cabinet space) and gain something (look up feature).

Have either of you had your decor appointment yet? Recently purchased a Nobleton and got the upgrade book few days ago. Just curious to see what upgrades others are going with.
We actually went with the Chef's Kitchen, any others who made this change?

I have a bunch of photos from a Nobleton model being built in Brampton, but no clue how to post them :?

Hey nobleton7, we went with the fireplace upgrade with the veneer finish, as well as the plasma ready wall. Where are the models being built in brampton? Would love to see some pics, but I'd be happy to make a trip out to brampton to see for myself.

Nobleton, send me over your email address and I'd be happy to share the pictures with you. Im having a hard time attaching them here.

The homes are in Upper Mount Pleasant, we went while they were being built, but they are all occupied now.

Did you go with the Chef's kitchen as well?

I went to check out the Indigo model in Kitchener and it's gorgeous!! Gave such a good representation of what the Nobleton looks like and it's decorated beautifully of course. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't done so already.

I had a chance to check out the indigo model, great model home. I believe the kitchen layout is a little different but the rest of the home seems to be very similar to the nobleton.

Did anyone have their frame walk yet? Any surprises so far with the construction or layout? We saw the framed first floor, the dining room will be a challenge to furnish, there's not a lot of space...

How did you find the kitchen. I am worried about the kitchen as it seems too small. We are still waiting for our frame walk

The kitchen is unfortunately small with limited cabinet space, but thats what we should expect given the size of the home. We will have a bulk head in the kitchen unfortunately... We initially were planning on upgrading the kitchen but the design centre consultant talked us out of it. We are closing in august, no framewalk yet.

Nobleton,
You know for sure you're going to have a bulk head? Did you speak to the site super? We've spoken to our site super and they said they are going to delete bulkheads in kitchen if possible, if anything, reducing the size of them, making them smaller.
We have the chef's kitchen though.
Anyone else go with the chef's kitchen?
