My fridge has almost the same measurements 35.75x69.75x35.63. It should be fine. The wheels come attached to the fridge.

Kmjosi, where did you buy window covers (shutters, blinds...)
is there any place that we can get good deals?

We had 4 different places give us quotes for shutters. We decided to go with the guys at Stars Custom Shutters, really good guys and have great reviews online.

I am looking for seat cushion (perfect size) for the window seat in Lancaster model. If anyone of you bought already, please share a picture and the information (store name & cost).

Thanks.

Hi Pamelamm,

We paid $3600 for the wood shutters. Have you moved in yet? I'm also looking for a cushion for the window seat as well. Let me know if you find anything.

Hi in the kitchen at countertop, how many default electrical outlets do you get? These are the standard
15amp twin outlets on the corner countertop against wall.
Exluding the fridge and stove outet.

Also where did you locate the dishwasher electrical wire in kitchen? Should it not be visible in dishwasher space?
THIS IS FOR LANCASTER MODEL.
Thanks

The electrical wire for the dishwasher will be dropped in the general area of your dishwasher in the basement. You will need to bring it up if it wasn't done for you, then hook it up in the electrical panel as well.

Where did you get the Mechanical area (Elec.panel) in the basement (right below the home space area or right below the window seat area (low headroom)) for your Lancaster home? Was there any option to change the location to low headroom?

Thanks!

You do not get a choice as to where the electrical panel goes. It goes the closest to the meter outside which I believe is on whatever side is closer to the street.

We just went by our lot and it is still in the very early stages but it looks like there is no door leading from the garage to the mudroom but an opening by the front door instead (like in the original floor plan). Hoping this is not the case! Has anyone encountered this?
