Has anybody been able to delete the bulkheads in the kitchen? We just had our design appointment, and we were told we could only get partial bulkheads.

I was told the bulkheads could only be partially deleted in the lancaster. I upgraded to the executive kitchen as well.

We purchased Lancaster and closing in November, if some one have any pictures we would like to see them.
I am looking for dc upgrades ideas like what color of tiles, kitchen cabinets and hard wood you chose for your house. Right now I am really confused and my dc appointment is in 6 days. please advise.

Thanks

It's hard to suggest tiles & colours as that would be a personal preference. I would definitely suggest going to the DC if you have not done so. My wife & I went about 7 times prior to our DC appointment as we picked out all of our colours and tiles prior. Our DC appointment only lasted 2.5 hrs because we knew what we wanted. It will really help so you don't make a rushed decision during your appointment :D

Hey guys,

Took this photo yesterday of a Lancaster on Lot 65 in Phase 3, I live close by so I check out the site every few days. I believe this is the St.James brick package.

Our Lancaster is in phase 8, closing mid January (hopefully)
We went with the chefs kitchen, fireplace, mudroom, super shower, and rec room ready basement.
does anyone have any interior pictures?
im so curious to find out our brick colour and whether or not we have a side walk. I called our design consultant this week and she didn't have the info yet.

Does anyone know if upgrading to a super shower gives you a double sink? or is the double sink still and additional upgrade?
thanks!

Double sink is still an additional upgrade of $951 w/standard cabinets in the lancaster

We just purchased a Lancaster and was wondering if anyone will be able to post the kitchen layout options from their design centre appointment.

Thanks!

For those of you who got a mudroom, did you get to choose the cabinetry for the home organization bench or is it a standard colour?
