If you paid for the upgrade to the mudroom the framing should reflect it.

Check with your customer care rep to confirm that the option you paid for is in the documentation but the framing of the house doesn't have the opening where it should be.

We are hoping it's an error as opposed to an issue of grading, otherwise what's the point of having this mudroom! Just curious if anyone else noticed or experienced this with their house.

Based on the way they build my neighbors Lancaster with the mudroom option, they put the interior door from the garage leading to the mudroom much later.

Good to know, thank you Jeff Dee!

Hi

I'm very interested in purchasing this model, but Mattamy has temporarily closed the sales office. Do you happen to know why?

Is there anyway that you can post some pics of your lancaster house exterior and interior? Sorry for all the trouble.

Thank you

Does anyone have California shutters installed in their Lancaster? If so, what company did you go with and approx. costs if you don't mind sharing. Thanks!

We purchased our shutters from Stars Custom Shutters. Great product & service.

Thank you. You are the second person to recommend that place. Do you know how much just the lower floor on a Lancaster would cost? Thx!

Apparently deleting the bulkheads is not an option for the Lancaster, really hoped I can have them removed. Has anyone purchased a non-counter depth fridge for the Lancaster? Will it stick out past much past the wall on the side of it?

Ya I asked abt that too but it's not an option and why they don't allow the stacked cupboards in the kitchen.

I have yet to shop for appliances but they do provide dimensions in the design guide

Hello Lancaster owners/future owners. Has anyone been able to remove or partially remove their bulkheads in a Lancaster?

It's a no can do as far as I found out. Asked at the DC about getting double stacked cabinets but as you notice they don't even show it as an option. Best they can do is if you upgrade to crown molding they will flush it to the bulkhead.

Which elevation did you choose for your Lancaster?

I purchased the English Manor. I was told the same thing, that they couldn't be deleted. But thought I read somewhere that someone had it partially deleted...
