When would you need to upgrade to 200amp electrical? Anyone here did it with Mattamy?

I plan to use electricity for stove and laundry dryer.

we did it via design centre.

What made you decide to do so?

Don't think there is a need for 200 amp. The house is small enough to only need 100 amps

We did not upgrade to 200 amp. I asked the design consultant if the 100 amp is sufficient if I plan to have an electric stove, dryer. The 100 amp is enough for a Sherkston.

Hi everyone,

I am wondering if any of the current owners of Sherkston model have the measurements for the countertop (regular kitchen layout)? I would appreciate if you could post them so that I can start looking for quotes.

Thank you!

we have the alternate layout. we got the sizes somewhere (don't remember) and got a few quotes for quartz (which is what we want). Mattamy was competitive with most of the other stores we talked to. and the fact that we would have it done and not have to worry about any mess while living in there made it the right buy. granite i believe they are still on the high side. depending what you go for, mattamy might be the better way to go.
