Surely they're some other Sherkston owners out there!
We don't seem to be getting much love at all...anyone have any structural pics they can share?

we bought sherkston in phase 3 on cedar hedge road... our closing is on 29th july.

I liked sherkston floor plan esp the spacious kitchen although unlike other models we are not getting separate study in this model :)

Post some pics if you have any.
We chose to get the alternate floor plane for ours...seemed to look more spacious.

the framewalk was good, Peter explained us everything ...but honestly I didn't get much idea as this is our first house :)..

The living room seems to me a little smaller but again, till final product comes I cannot conclude.....

but overall the sherkston model is not that popular i guess... on cedar hedge most are renfrew and trenton...

However I liked the front view of the house...upstairs rooms are spacious esp the one with front 3 windows, it is beautiful I liked it more than the master bedroom....

I have the list why I choose Sherkston why not the other model, will give you the details in PM. You would be more then happy when you will see your house on your PDI.

I'd love to be privy to that list too!
We got the seemingly inevitable news that our Sherkston will be delayed, 3 weeks to be exact...anyone else suffering the same fate?

I am looking for appliances deal but little bit confused for the size of fridge... Is 36 inches will fit well in this model;s kitchen ??? any advice

I asked peter during framewalk and he said it should be standard size...but dont undersrtand what does that mean because fridge are in sizes of 33 and 36.

36" is the standard opening and will fit fridges that are up to a 36" width (36" width fridges are actually about 1/2" narrower so you don't have to worry). You may want to consider a counter depth fridge if you don't want it protruding further than your cabinets if aesthetics are important to you.
