New to the forum. was looking for the original price list of the 45' and 50' lot Mattamy preserve homes. Would anyone have them by any chance?

they were only released just a month ago and the prices have not changed.

Their property taxes are the same rate as anywhere else on Oakville. I don't think people buying in the Preserve are buying there for the great value... They've sold small pockets around the area to other builders to build cheaper homes to keep those people away.

I hope this doesn't go against the originally intended purpose of the thread but I figure this might be a good repository for some original price history/records for those that might be curious.

I've only archived the original pricing for the 2-storey townhomes of Phase 3 when they were made available in January 2014.
Bear in mind that Mattamy did have additional incentives for this offering that are not represented in the following prices.
For reference the original incentives were $5000 off listed price and $5000 in upgrades at the design center.

I do have the original offering (Jan 11th 2014) Phase 7 information for the townhomes (rear lane and 2-storey towns).

I visited the mattamy office today, asked them if the prices are same as original listing, and they said yes, 100% same, they never mentioned the incentives either. . Mattamy give me a list and the prices are much higher and lots smaller. Im new here, my question is how do u get the first or original listing? thanks.

You can try to see who bought a house during the first listing, and see if they have their price list. But it will do you no good, because Mattamy has given you their current rate. You wont be able to get the original rate in this market.

You have been mislead by the Mattamy representative that told you current prices are the same as the first phase prices.

yea you can never expect to get the same price as when the phase was introduced and neither would they drop the price for you even if you try to negotiate..

Thankyou for the replies. My intent was not to get the original price,or bargain, i just wanted to compare, and see if its worth waiting for the next new release.
Also on the map they provided had no information as to how wide the streets would be, will there be a side walk, or fire hydrant , mail boxes, or big green power
box in front of the house i want to buy. They keep it very vague. No model homes to see the quality of materials used.
How can i find out. To be honest this forum is giving my more info than that people at mattamy.
