Folks, just picked up a message re. Us attending our framewalk by this coming tues.
Any pointers on what we should look out for?
Anyone have any feedback on 'steve'.... i know gen consensus on framewalk guys has been positive.

Check this list out, should be a good guideline.

We had our framewalk with Steve, very nice guy and makes you feel comfortable. Only thing I would stress is make sure you get him to write down the items you bring up and email with dates they will be fixed so you can follow up.

It's the only thing I regret not doing, which resulted in me calling a few times to make sure it would be fixed for PDI. Not sure how reasonable a request it is though.

He is a very nice guy though, just make sure you are firm on your requests. Also take some time before your framewalk on a weekend when no one is there to go through your house in detail, as it is a kind of rushed process. Just be careful as always as it is still a construction site, wear PPE if you can.

Thanks SnS86, this is really helpful. I will actually be headi ng over to site this afternoon....so happy to know it will still be accessible. I was thinking it might be locked. I guess thats later on then. Thanks again.

Make sure they don't have electric outlets on top of your ducts in living rooms ... And if you want you can adjust the light on open to above space. Good luck :)

Steve was great. I wrote stuff down as fast as i could. ;)
he didnt rush and took time to answer all my repeated questions!
Only a couple of minor issues he said he would follow up on today. I will be sending an email this morning.

It's coming together and excited now :)
