Hey did you buy yet? we want to buy on the "terrace " streets we might be neighbours lol.

I would choose the perth as i am not a huge fan of teh front door location of the elmira or the location to the stairs going up!

Perth all the way, better use of space and good layout on both floors

Nice! When do you need to decide between the Perth and the Elmira?

We haven't got a lot yet. We're hoping to get one of the lots on Connought backing onto greenery. We'd like the Elmira French Chateau elevation. Just out of curiosity, when it your closing date?

Hi hnfff,

Great choice! It's such a pretty model! I'm still waiting for the mattamy release that includes some of the houses farther back on Connought, so I haven't purchased yet. I don't think we're going to do the alternate kitchen. I kinda like the big island, though it's hard to imagine. Maybe it's too big? Are you guys thinking about doing the alternate kitchen? If so, what factors are motivating you to consider it? We want to do the grande package. I love the built in's!

In terms of arch options, I think the only one that we are going to do is the 9 foot ceilings. Which one's are you doing, and when do you need to decide?
