junckyman, one car in the driveway if you have a side walk and 2 cars in the driveway if you do not have a side walk. The dimensions that I quoted are approximate. As to if you are getting side walk or not depends on the plan. Some houses have side walk and some do not. |

Drive by phases 3, 7, or 17 and you'll be able to see the houses in real life. |

qwe is correct. You may be able to park two cars in driveway if there is a side walk. As elementZ mentioned, it is best you drive around so that you can see first hand. |

Thank you all for sharing the info. Where is Mattamy phase 3, 7 and 17? Really like to see the Lancaster in person, just the exterior. |

Would any lancaster model owners be willing to share their purchase price for their home? If PM is better feel free. Thanks! |

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and interested in purchasing a Lancaster model in the Brittania/25 area. Does anyone have a English Manor style of this model? Anyone willing to share interior pics of the house? This is our first builder house purchase and sometimes the floor plans are difficult to envision. Much appreciated |

Can someone who has actually moved in their home already confirm if you can indeed park two cars in the driveway (with a sidewalk) please? |
