Anyone here done their architectural options?

I have my appointment soon and I can't seem to decide between the regular layout and alternate.

Regular - Pros (Patio door, breakfast table area) Cons (Small Kitchen)
Alternate - Pros (Bigger Kitchen) Cons (Kitchen sink visible from Entrance, No breakfast area, Regular door vs. Sliding Patio door)

Any suggestions/experiences??

Hi MI175, we took the regular kitchen, the only change we made was the flash breakfast bar.
I saw a similar house last week, it looks great. I understand that kitchen seems to be small, but we will turn the closet, that is situated near the basement stairs, just around the kitchen, into a pantry, I personally will not need any more space, I am pretty sure my cabinets will be almost empty once I have that pantry. Plus, you have a regular tall pantry as well in the kitchen, so I would not worry about the size.
Hope this helps.

If you have a Waterford full designbook ( which includes flooring / kitchen / tile level costs) please pm me. Willing to pay 40 for a copy.
