Hi we bought a new home of waterford model and i m so confused about the door opening in the kitchen because there is no enough place for the cabinets and countertops if we go for the alternate plan for the main floor there is no fireplace option if anybody have pictures of the waterford model only main floor

If you go with the normal floor plan, you might be able to add a pantry as a design center option. That's the only thing I can think of.

this house seems like a Waterford, but the kitchen seems very different.

I bought the waterford aswell and the elevation is tudor. If u opt the regular kitchen plan u dont get much of counter space, thatswhy my brother in law suggested to me to pay more and get the alternate kitchen plan and give up the fire place.Garage door open in the
stairewell so u dont have to get seprate enterance for the basement.we just finish our Dc appiontment and our clossing is OCT 19 2015.

Anyone here done their architectural options?

I have my appointment soon and I can't seem to decide between the regular layout and alternate.

Regular - Pros (Patio door, breakfast table area) Cons (Small Kitchen)
Alternate - Pros (Bigger Kitchen) Cons (Kitchen sink visible from Entrance, No breakfast area, Regular door vs. Sliding Patio door)

Any suggestions/experiences??
