Post subject:  Elevation materials differences

Hi,

I see That different elevations have different prices (well big differences), which makes me think that the difference if not only in the look of the house but with the material, is that right? if yes, is there a list somewhere what each elevation uses which material?

Thanks

At the design centre they have boards that have samples of each material used.
I wish they'd inform people when purchasing that some exteriors require maintenance. People can't just buy a new home expecting that because they bought new they'll never have to maintain it.

I thought one would need to specify what elevation to buy when you sign, since they have different prices! or you would just buy the cheapest and select the elevation at the design center?

You do have to specify the elevation, otherwise everyone would just choose all brick or stucco.
