Thank you so much for sharing this info...
So the valance lights are included or just the rough ins?
I don't like the white light effect...what is the other option...

Also the above mentioned prices, do you think they are good prices or should be done later...esp waffle cieling and granite.

valance lights another extra cost: $915

I was interested in waffle ceiling but upgrades cost at design center really adds up so we thought we will get this done after closing along with pot lights for the house.
We did decide to get Quartz countertop through Mattamy. According to our calculation money saved was not much compared to the headache we would have to go through afterwards. We did not want to risk getting damage to brand new kitchen during countertop reno.

Hmm makes sense.... and any idea what the stacked cabinets would cost...also can we extend the island or maybe change its direction?
Do u mind me asking what upgrades you chose for ur kitchens and washrooms?

We were told stacked cabinets was not an option since the bulkheads could not be deleted in kitchen.
I believe island location can be changed. I have seen this in one of the house on sale in Milton which had almost same 1st floor map as Perth. For us I think it will be a fixed location because we opted for island outlet - split plug. We did not ask about island extension.
For our washrooms we did not select much upgrades. For ensuite we upgraded tiles to level 1, added extra light connection above the bath tub. For jack and Jill bath room opted for double vanity. For main bath room got optional door entry from bedroom.
Here is the list for kitchen:
cabinets- royal level for grande pkg
2nd level cabinet hardware upgrade
island faux doors
valence lights
island outlet - split plug
connection for lights above island
quartz countertop
soap dispenser in kitchen countertop
base waste recycling centre
electric line for oven
delete upper cabinets above stove
kitchen floor - 3rd level tiles + Pattern installation

Hmmm that is strange. .cz we visited 2 shadebush lately and saw no bulkheads at all... the only difference between shadebush n perth is the bay window which opens up the family room n makes it look bigger.
When are you closing cheers..wud u like to share some pictures?

We are closing in May but looks like it will most likely be delayed. And yes, I can share pictures.

Cheers do you have prices for upgraded countertops for all three washrooms upstairs?
Again is the under mount sink included in that price?
How much is the glass enclosure for master ensuite?

Thank you :)

The glass enclosure for 8 ft ceiling was $3338 and for 9 ft ceiling was $4023.
Counter top prices:
Master ensuite: $1563/$1770
Main bath: $2351/$2690
5 bedroom - Jack & Jill Bath: $1493/$1714
5 bedroom - Jack & Jill Bath w Double Vanity: $1658/$1879
5 bedroom 3 bath - Jack & Jill Bath: $1509/$1730
5 bedroom 3 bath - Jack & Jill Bath w Double Vanity: $1675/$1896

I dont see prices for undermount sink for bathrooms in the booklet.
